Frank is a great and knowledgeable technician. I always ask for him when I am ready to get my AC/heating serviced.
Maurice was very professional and through in checking out my air conditioner. He also tested the flow of the air in my casita that gets sun most all day and evening. It checked out alright he told me. Very nice gentleman. Thank you, Judy
I appreciate Barry an owner came out himself to solve a problem with our thermostat. I always wondered white great reviews but because they only work with Google and not Apple IPhones it never gets anywhere online.

Performed cooling maintenance on (4) 2017 Trane split heat pumps. Homeowner supplied filters were changed recently, filters still clean. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned out electrical compartments. Cleaned condenser coils. Checked amps, volts, refrigerant charge, capacitors, and temperature splits. Found kitchen system #UD2F low on refrigerant. Added 1 lbs of r410a. Discussed leak search, isolation etc. Danny Hyde added refrigerant to same system last summer maintenance, Perfomed leak search and did not locate leak. Recommended either having another leak search, perhaps with pressurized system or isolation leak search.
